Expanded Metal Coil Dispenser, Cross Break Sheet Metal

As Director of Product Development and Manufacturing at Cross Break Sheet Metal, I am responsible for specifying and implementing production methods and equipment that are scale and budget appropriate. I designed and implemented the use of this XM coil dispenser to provide a safe method for handling this heavy and sharp material. The dispenser casters provide mobility, allowing for efficient material movement and positioning for processing. Material quality is preserved through the controlled dispensing and recoiling created by the use of material rollers. This tool was designed for ease of fabrication through the use of sourced components and stock materials.
